There is a helpful map at CNN which shows visually the land loss which would occur with iceberg melt causing a 20 foot rise in sea level:

http://www.cnn.com/interactive/world/0603/interactive.sea.level.rise/content.1.1.html

You will see that there is no single continent which would suffer - virtally all the world would lose some of its coastline, although archipelagos like Indonesia and the northern coastline of Europe and North America would be badly hit.

You can click on some icons to close in on low-lying areas like Bangladesh (as one other person mentioned). It's very scary, so spread the word! Quit with the oil and disposable culture already!

As far as the continents are concerned you need a average highest /lowest elevation to tell which is the lowest one. There is not enough water in icebergs alone to submerge any of the continents, I do believe you need more info than just the book your referring to. It sounds like it has only partial information in it.

Bangladesh is below sea level so I think the southern and eastern parts of the Indian sub continent will be a high risk

I guess it depends on which glacier / iceburg. If they are in the Atlantic, I don't suppose Australia has too much to worry about, if it is on the Pacific side then...
