My co-wprker has a great, nice, beautuful gf, but he is hiting on every woman who comes on his way, it's gross, he even have couple affairs with merried ones. But when he is with his gf everything is great. I realise monogamy is hard, but this behavior really sucks in my opinion, what do you think? I think it's not fair to be with someone who is cheating on you, but, at the other hand, even i know her i can't tell her about her bf's behavior... Sad...

I was recently in a similar situation. I ended up not telling the girl friend because she was head over heels for this man and anything that would have been said he would have told her i was lying. She would have believed him even though in the back of her mind she would know that it's true. She just couldn't deal with loosing this man. Now they are married and I don't doubt he loves her, I still think he messes around a little because that's his personality. Men like that will never change. Even though they love the one their with that can't let the feeling of flirting or even more go with another girl.
Ok so my advice to you is not to tell the women. She probably already knows. If you tell her it might cause a ripple in the relationship for a few days, but he like most men that way have an affect on their women where after a few days go by it just won't matter. Then later she might be upset with you over it for trying to hurt their relationship.

Some guys think they are real charmers, they need to get attention from everyone. Even standing in the grocery checkout they have to start talking up a storm with someone. It might be nothing or it could be something to be concerned about. But, you are just a friend. It will play it coarse, I'm sure she will see hiim for what he is...

that is probably what every girl wonders.well men are jus inquistive mammals.they always want to know what their potential is so tomorrow they can stand feel like,yeah,im a man!that sort of thing.but on the other hand the community that they grow in matters just as much as their background.or may be that gf is not making him feel whole and complete.men tend to stray when they are not comfortable with their spice.but my advice to you is that in whatever you do dont tell that girl coz for certain she will tell her bf that you said so as proof to him of the source.thats my brief thought.

i think that men have a natural tendency to seek variety. I don't think that it is right either, but I have dealt with it myself. In the end we give up on men like that. If we chose not to maybe she is doing the same thing.Maybe they have some kind of agreement between them. But if you believe she doesn't know then you should tell her. At least for safety issues.

ok,i've dealt with the cheating g/f. moved on passed it. that was a tough one to let go. but i did. but here is the thing what if she already knows about him hitting on other girls. some women like the idea or even the act of their b/f doing someone else. whatever floats their boat. i say. let them do their thing and you do yours.

The scum you work with is a player and deserves to have his balls tied around his neck and fed to him (yes, this is possible).
Cheating happens, I have done it myself. I regret the situation, have learned from it, and it will never happen again.
The one's that do it over and over (male or female) are the most useless waste of oxygen ever to walk the earth.
We should take each one out, knock them out, and tattoo "PLAYER SCUM" in bright red on their foreheads!
Same goes for the lazy good-for-nothing dead beats that play on the emotions of the opposite sex for a free ride! (only their tattoo should read "FREELOADING TRASH").

none of your business. leave it alone and if it's wrong then all parties to it will have bad karma (read: get caught).
If you get involved and tell someone, then you become one of the parties to this.

not to sound rude, but not your concern. some guys are just overly friendly and would never cheat and some guys are just asshole that will never learn... simple as that.
