Solving the problem once and for all. Hezbollah kidnapped the two soldiers being fully aware of what Israel's reaction would be, so I think it's safe to say they were ready for anything Israel would throw at them. The Arab world is not going to sit back and watch what is happening to their brethren in Palestine forever. And Vietnam showed that the US isn't to be feared as long as you don't stand in formation and say ready aim fire, and seeing commercials on TV for the army reserves offering a free watch if you sign up tells me that our military is wearing thin. So whats to stop Hezbollah and any help they can get from solving the problem? They drew the Israelis into Lebanon, whats to stop them from drawing the into Syria. The question now is whose country will the divide next to accommodate the displaced German Jews that now occupy what used to be occupied by the Palestinians?

Israel are completly over reacting.... What they are doing to Lebanon now is out of order. Thank God for Hezzbala and hope they can finally put a dent in Israel for what they have done over the past week in Lebanon.

This is a question for Eric: If the war is really against hezbollah, then why have more children and civilian people been killed? Why has the airport been bombed, so people who want to get out cant? People were warned to get out, but when they wanted to they were being shot at.

it's not a war with lebanon, it's a war with hezbollah who just happen to be in lebanon...and israel is doing lebanon a favor by ridding them of the hezbollah....lebanon faces retaliation from the arab world, specifically from syria and iran, if they tried to rid themselves of the hezbollah, so it's good for them that israel is doing it for them....and as far as the ethics question goes, i don't know, but it will help at least in the short term....

Israelis are terrorists, Hezbollah wanted to get their prisoners back, They have been asking for them for years by political ways but no positive response from Israel, so finally Hezbollah had to capture 2 Israelis soldiers for exchange them. that's all.
Hezbollah fights for freedom they will bring honor to all Lebanese against this monster called Israel.
Thanks for those who look for the truth, Thanks for all nobles those try to look at 2 sides of the war.
We are not asking to treat any nation unjustly we just want Justis for both sides.

War has never solved anything. We stopped the Nazi's in world war 2, but the world is full of cruel petty dictators who abuse power and kill those who don't meet their ethnic 'standards'.
