Strange question. In the industrial world, the "gay" community accounts for approximately 95% of all AIDS cases. In the developing world (Africa) AIDS is a Heterosexual disease. The difference seems to be the presence of a carrier. AIDS usually is transmitted along with syphilis or gonorrhea.

The common wisdom is AIDS cannot be transmitted through human saliva. However, I have my doubts about this statement.

After all, HIV is a virus, just like the common cold. Kiss someone with a cold and your chances of catching the cold are fairly high. Why then can we not catch HIV from a kiss? There maybe a scientific answer but to date I have not heard a logical explanation.

Aids spreads during any kind of sex. It has nothing to do with your sexual orientation. The reason so many gay boys get it is because they can't keep their pants on. It's called promiscuity. See, straight boys hardly ever get any sex, which explains why so few of them ever get infected. The problem with gays is that the brakes do not exist as they do in hetero relationships, that is, women are the brakes in straight relationships (unless they are whores). This is also another reason why it makes no sense for gay boys to get married because they would need a special marriage oath that goes something like:

"I do until either of us becomes unfaithful..."

I'll never forget a 60 Minutes report when AIDS awareness first came about. A married couple from NYC, the man was bi-sex and brought AIDS home only to give it to his wife, yet he missed out on it.

Yep. The first groups of people in the US to contract aids were the gay and lesbian communities. It was thought of as the "gay disease" (actually, much harsher words were used).

Any kind of sexual contact can spread Aids.
