Have you heard of fight fear with fear?

Something in life you have to face, the more you reject, the more you will fear.

If you are afraid of exam, do more.
If you are of talking with boys, talk more.

First time may be difficult, second time will be less difficult......

Pretty soon, you will control it. I will tell you, it is not easy. it takes times and lots of prayers too!

I suffered them for years. If you feel one coming on, grab a small paper bag and breathe in and out of it slowly until you relax. You need to seek help for them as they do not just go away. There are underlying reasons for them ie. stress, trauma. If you drink or do drugs...stop! as they aggravate them. The doc might prescribe an antidepressant such as Xanax for them. Nothing to be embarrassed about, many people suffer from them. I learned to NOT panic when I felt the signs, totally relaxed my body and talked my self out of them when I had that feeling of falling over a cliff. It works and I have not had one for a long time. Good luck.

As what you've listed down...Have you tried it? Does it work? If it doesn't, try going to a counsellor...It'll help.
