If you are in existing and there's one person, ain't that person you? You can't overtake yourself so how can you over take the last person? There can't be a last person and you at the same time cuz that would make two people not a last person. But, if you are the last person I guess you are not first or last, you are just the "only".

Still yourself and still last - assuming that the set including "last" is finite, countable, and temporally limited. I further assume a Euclidian space.

For this question to make sense (sort of) YOU would had to have been BEHIND the last person, which makes you LAST, and you can't overtake yourself, for you'd be last either way.

What you are is in the middle of a paradox, which only can be "resolved" in a way beyond conventional logic. Perhaps you can work out a spiritual or religious answer, or find one outside the bounds of conventional logic or spatial geometry.

That's no problem!
If you are running (or driving if you are a normal american) on a racetrack, everyone could overtake the last one and you could be 1st or 999th, depending on how many that started.
