TTL is a digital technology while CMOS can be used for both digital and analog circuits. There are other electronic design technologies such as ECL, NMOS, BiCMOS and I2L.

From dictionary.com:

(TTL) A common semiconductor technology for building discrete digital logic integrated circuits. It originated from Texas Instruments in 1965.

(CMOS) A semiconductor fabrication
technology using a combination of n- and p-doped semiconductor material to achieve low power dissipation.

TTL is a current based logic family whereas CMOS is a voltage based logic family. I would choose CMOS because they are easy to work with. Also, in my experience, more reliable than TTL.

Its as much as you as there are a mass of exciting computerized type automobiles obtainable to boot as instruction manual, the issue is human beings see the call computerized and yet have had no or little adventure with them and don't appriciate the reality that automatics are available in a mass of varieties which would be a techniques from putting a automobile in d and then going. many times automobile makers discover an computerized type container greater effective suits there vehicles and we hit upon vehicles like the Buggati Veryron and the Ferrari Enzo etc with an computerized type setup and this even is going right down to greater much less costly fashions of vehicles. So quite the respond is what suits your desires and suits that motor vehicle greater effective as in simple terms because of the fact it quite is provided in a instruction manual style does not make it greater effective.
