The man says :
When we are born, our mother's get the compliments and the flowers. When we are married, our brides get the presents and the publicity. When we die, our widows get the life insurance.

No harm but having a baby is not only incredibly painful but it changes your body FOREVER. Of course your mother should get compliments and flowers - she did all the hard work!

Well if you want to buy an expensive dress and wear a tiara I'm sure you'd get all the publicity too :oP

Did you want to claim the life insurance when you die? You do realise that if your wife dies you can claim the life insurance right?

We want to be liberated from being told that because we are women we have to do A.B.C and we have no choice in the matter. From being told that because we are women we cannot do A.B.C.

It's not about liberation, it's about having something to complain about. Here's an example of what I mean. Women were fighting for equality and wanted more women in the firefighting force. However, when they realized that alot of women were being rejected because they couldn't pass the physical test, they complained about it being too high of a standard for women and that it should be made easier. I don't know how that is equality by any means. The truth of the matter is, you either can or can't do the job, regardless of your gender. If I was in a burning building, I want someone to carry my 160 pound 5'10" *** out of there.

Women have always gotten the better side of things, so in reality, the only liberation they speak of is just complaining. It's this new generation that is so mangeled up in political BS about liberty and equality. I wouldn't care if the woman went to work and I sat at home and cleaned the house and cooked. That would be sick. My next door neighbour is a stay at home mom and she's so bored because she has to much time on her hands. It would give me time to go to the gym, catch up on some other things I'd like to do. It would be an awesome life.

Woman want to be liberated from REALITY.

Since they are young... they fill their heads with MAGIC, and PRINCES, and CASTLES and BALLS (ummm not that kind!)...

Then they have "women" who are SO UGLY (Inside and out) [hey... we've all seen them]... that can't COMPETE with "pretty" gals [Inside and out]... so they create this MYTH... that it's better not to PARTNER with a MAN - But to work LIKE A MAN, and STRESS - like a man, and SPIT like a man... (the theory being if the ugly ones can't have a man, let's make it "NORMAL")

(It's a bit like GAY PRIDE)

But I digress....

The TRUTH is, woman control most of the wealth of the country... (this one anyway).... and Most WOMAN are the queen of their household... trumping many decisions their MEN make.

I think women need to be LIBERATED from themselves... they create conflict and become their own worst enemy.

Yes, but there are more than 3 days in their lifetime. I would rather be treated like a second-class citizen for three days of my life than every other day.

Stereo-types and "expectations" attributed to our gender. Great question! (Although I feel free to be who I am...and there is no greater freedom than this.)
