Tab sorbitrate 5mg sub lingual(below tongue)and call for the emergency.

If you have it give nitro, if not give 1 or 2 aspirin, and of course, call 911.

Give artficial respiration and rush to the hospital!! There is very little medication you can do without qualifying for it.
