for sneezing, you should start to use the medicine one month before, if it is on nature allergy.try claritine or double dose of telfast it is 240mg should be enough.for other kinds of al.depends.

Alegra D is best for me.
Some people do better with Claritin.

zyrtec-take at nighttime b/c it makes you drowsy-and probably a nose spray like nasocort
