I don't understand what you mean by "once." If you mean to have sex with you. No way. If you mean if she's in denial and will come around, not very likely. She's trying to tell you there is no chemistry between the two of you, and she is not at all interested in you. Women rarely change their minds about this. It's something called pheremones that makes us feel a chemical attraction and connection to someone. The pheremones (they are a hormone your nose picks up) you have do not appeal to her; there are possibly other things that don't appeal to her for her to want to be involved with you. She also may love someone else anyhow. You need to move on. She's been more than clear to you. Also, it's best never to appear desperate when you're trying to win a woman's affections. Keep some mystery and intrigue about you, and try not to wear your heart on your sleeve too quickly. Good luck.

Chances are NOT in your favour. If a girl says she does not like you, leave it at that. She probably never will either especially if you keep bugging her about it.
