Also, they have 4 or 5 versions of my mother's name next to mine with MY AGE next to these versions of MY MOM'S NAME. So , like , is this indicating that someone regards these names as MY alias'es? They all say obviously my age and not hers. So then if I spent another 50.00. . . .would my bench warrant then show up under one of these aliases? I hope that my ss number is not going with these versions of my mom's name . . although obviously as I see . . my AGE is. Also it did not list ss numbers as it advertised it would as part of the info.

The only way to find out if the warrant was vacated is to check with the clerk of court where the ticket was issued. You really should pay the fine and get it over with. It's so much easier. The fine couldn't have been much more then the 50.00 it cost you do do a background check on yourself. If there was a warrant, and you haven't paid the fine.. there still is a warrant.
Some states have web sites that you can use to check for this kind of information.. but I don't know the state, so I can't help you on that. Make the phone call. They don't know where you are unless you tell them. But get it taken care of before you end up in jail. That would cost you more financially and personally then the fine will.

First, those companies that you hire are looking for everything. They come up with more junk than you ever wanted in the first place. For a real criminal background check (CHRI in the state of Georgia) you need to go to your local law enforcement office. Present a picture id and sign the form. For the general public this only checks for that state. Your best option is to call the clerk of courts office and make arrangements to take care of this. If you get arrested on a bench warrant there is no bonding out. You have to sit in jail untill you go to court. The fine for revoked license is somewhere around $850. You can either pay that at one time or spend weeks maybe months in jail to be put on probation. Those are about your only options. Take care of it. Looking over your shoulder can't be any fun.

Where did you find the person or company who did the background check? Most of those companies that send you pop-up ads offering to do background checks are not very reliable. They get information from information suppliers such as e-Info Data and re-sell it usually without the information supplier's consent. These databases are supposed to be used only for certain legal purposes such as granting credit and only with the person's permission. The company you got your information from probably checked only a few of the available databases from his information supplier and also probably signed an agreement not to disclose the information to any other person.
