The spots you are thinking about can be a rare type of skin cancer AIDS patients get. The HIV/AIDS has to be pretty far along before these spots may or may not show up. Women's' symptoms can differ from men's by the way. She needs to get the TEST. Also, never have unprotected sex until you are both in a relationship and faithful to one another. (One should also take the test to make sure the person you are marrying is HIV-free before one starts to have unprotected sex.)

the first symptoms of hiv are- 2 weeks after getting hiv ull come down w/ a cold. then it'll turn into a flu, then ur in real trouble. i dont think a spot on the neck is aids. tell her to get a blood test tho just in case. but its still a low chance its hiv.
hiv can be passed thro sperm saliva eggs or even if u get hiv infected blood on u, but it has to be on a cut or ovary, otherwise it not likely to infect u.
hope this helps.

nope. usually its flu like symptoms which is why a lot of people don't realise at first. if your friend thinks its HIV she must have recently engaged in risky activity and is worried a simple blood test will put her mind at rest

you can get purple spots on your neck, eyelids, stuff like that, but it could also be something else. if that friend is worried, tell him to get tested. but there are good chances that it's nothing
