I personally think that you should go check it out. Even if it is just for appetizers and dessert. My husband and I go to the ones were we live and our favorite appetizer is the Tostada Nacho's...They are tostada shells with a meat and refried been mix, tons of cheese, one jalepeno on each slice, and comes with Pico, Sour Cream and Guacamole. Usually if you don't like one of those you can sub for one of the others. Just ask your server. They have some other apps that are really good also. When we eat dinner the Jack Daniels stuff is quite expensive and so are their drinks from the bar. However if you want to spend the money go for it. They have some really good desserts also.

Ever one we have been to the wait staff has been friendly and the cost it just depends on what you get. The Nachos are like 6.99 but you get 4 whole tostadas that are cut in half. So it is well worth the money. If you do decide to go, see about getting a rewards card. They are cards that you get so many points per dollar you spend as well as you register the card and purchase things through the website for the car and you can get tons more points. One semester I purchased 500 dollars worth of textbooks through their site at Barnes and Noble. We received something like 15 points per dollar spent. THen we use the points to purchase our apps and desserts. This is what we have figured is the best deal with the points and we have been able to go in and order 2 apps, 2 desserts and 2 beverages and leave paying less then 10 dollars for the drinks and tip.

The food is ok, I like some of the Jack Daniel's steak and chicken. They also have some very good salads worth trying. There is a good variety of food too. The service has always been good when I've been there. The price is decent. Average is about ten dollars a person depending on what you get to drink. I'd give it a try if i were you.

A few years ago, I ate at the TGIF in Wyomissing, PA. I ordered the BBQ burger with fries. It was tasty but the serving size was enormous. Since I don't like to waste food, I ate the whole meal but I wasn't hungry the rest of the day. Prices were typical. Service was just fine. But overall, I prefer the Texas Roadhouse.

I LOVE the Brownie Obsession, the Jack Daniel's New York Strip steak and/or Ribeye, and so many more things. I am a big fan, and you should sign up for gold points, too. If you decide you like it that is. If you love a good brownie and ice cream, you MUST try the brownie obsession. Sooooo fudgy good. hmmmmmm
As for service, that depends entirely on individual restaurants. The people at my local Friday's are very nice.

I think each restuarant is unique. We refuse to eat at ours locally because the service is so bad. The food is pretty standard at the chain restuarants. HIgh fat content, usually everything is fried. However, I do highly recommend the Jack Daniel's Chicken strips. They are really good.

I like TGIF's food is good, prices are reasonable. It gets kinda loud if there is a sporting event going on but other then that it's a fine place to eat.

I like TGIF's, its equivalent to Applebees or Chancery. Wait staff is good and food is a good mix of chicken or pasta dishes with some good steaks thrown in.
