Sexs is known to be a really good exercise routine base on cardiac workout. you burn alot of calories just by being excited and getting your heart pumping, And by just doing the sexual activities burn even more. In fact i call it a full body work out. Depends solely on how its done in some cases you actually gain muscle for just holding your partners weight. Overall there's really nothing to worry about weight cause sexual activities are a great way to tone up your body the more muscles the higher calories you burn but the more heavier you become cause muscles are heavier than fat.

few of us do put on the weight. but its not for all. it depends on the persons own bodily reaction.
