The quantitie of sodium in a botle of mineral water ranges from (what i have noticed) 5mg to 16mg. Which one is beter, the lower or the higher percentage?

sodium is salt. salt retains water. how much salt do you want to have in your system. Salt is in many foods that you eat. It is found in many natural food. So I would think that the lower is better.

Well its hard to say, the amounts are only tiny but if sodium is a problem, the lower amount would probably be better, though it probably won't make much of a difference..

They are all low, when you consider a bottle of Coke has 75. Most people get more than enough sodium in their diet, so you don't need extra, but unless you have issues with sodium you are probably fine with either.

According to most dietitians, it's advised to have a lower intake of Sodium (aka. salt).

Infact for babies bottles they suggest <7mg.
