Contact your counselor and let them know what you did and why. They can't treat you properly if you are not honest with them. You may need more counseling or they may be able to prescribe you medications that will help get you stabilized and back on track.
Good luck!

I am troubled when i see something like this posted on such a website. it appears to me that you need someone to talk to, now i do not know you and therefore am unable to give you any good direction in your life but i can tell you this, If you feel that you need to approach strangers to answer personal questions with relation to your life style than it is obvious that you do not have a good knit of close friends or family or you are not able to speak to them for some reason and i think that you should broach the subject of you life's woes with your closest friend or relative and i am sure you will feel a great weight lift from your shoulders.
Also if you feel that you can not be truthful in your counselling then that makes it quite evident tha you are perhaps not as truthful as you should be with yourself. I want you to sit down and a take a hard look at your life and see if there are any points of improvement that can be achieved. Only when you are honest with yourself with you be able to share the burden of your life's upsets with others

Frankly speaking you need both counselling and medication. You are depressed. Get proper counselling and see your doctor. Do not lose hope. Try to be calm from inside. Try to be happy. Be in the company of cheerful people. Talk to your friends. Spend time with pets or in gardens. Watch comedy movie. Mix with people.
Do not think negative. Be optimistic. Eat on time. Sleep well. Keep yourself engaged in some activity. Always be in company of someone. And please , PLEASE do not do anything harmful to your self. I know it is difficult to control emotions and reactions in a situation like yours'.
Life is beautiful. Have a faith. Believe me you will come out of this phase. I had been through this.

it sounds if your suffering from depression. My mum suffers from it, its not a bad thing, just you cant handle certain things as well as others.
Go to the doctor and tell them your problem theyll be able to help you.
dont go through it on your own without telling anyone, get help and talk to people. Its not your fault.

if you went to counselling you want to be helped so its like going to and doctor and getting them to guess what is wrong if you give them the wrong info they will look at the wrong place often people go to places in their head and need help to get out.
