the fluff is from your clothes. when you wear your clothes
your body, rubs against them and creates fluff. the fluff then collects in your belly button. the fluff is usually blue because most dyes used in clothes have blue in them. black dye has blue in it for instance.
you are more likely to get fluff in your belly button if your are hairy, and also if you have an 'inny' belly button.
fluff from your jeans or trousers can ride up into your belly button. most people were blue jeans, or blue and black trousers which make the belly fluff blue.
