Depends on what you consider a high class of tea? Flavored or non, caffeine or non and where would you go to find such wonderful tea. I would think China or maybe Thailand. Who knows the answer, but if I must give a answer I guess $1.50 for one cup which would need to be a full 8 oz.

Avoid restaurants or hotels unless you prize ambience over quality of tea. Even Fortnum and Mason use tea bags now in their restaurant.

For regular bog standard Tetles/Typhoo about £1.50. For say Earl Gray/herbal maybe a bit more £1.80 ish.
I buy chai latte from Starbucks at £2.55.

I would pay for exotic teas like rosebud tea , lavender tea, rosehip tea etc.
