Well, I suppose this is coming to you a bit late. If the date went well you'll be reading this later today. If it didn't go so well...Never mind. Remember that what may seem to you to be the Same Old Yarn will, to a date, seem OK. Don't feel the need to talk about something new that you're not comfortable with. Good Luck.

As you have never seen this guy before, don't expect much from him. He may be ugly, stupid, etc, so be prepared about everything.
\Well, I don't know what the circumstances are and will be, but try to be natural. So, even though you may feel embarrassed at any certain moment, try not to show that to him. Speak freely, smile and be self-confident. Consider that date as a normal going out between friends.
Talk about your life in general, ur usual day, (don't give details), things you like and dislike, any thing funny that might have happened to you.
Talk about your friends, and how supportive they are, ...
Well, just don't stay there without saying a word, but don't even shock him but being too talkative, and tiring him.
Well, the most important point is: BE YOURSELF!
Good luck!

Just be yourself. I met my second wife on a blind date and 5 months later we were married and have been together for almost 25 years.

He hasn't heard your old yarn...... so if its worked in the past, don't change it.... just listen to him, pay attention, don't drink too much, eat with your mouth closed, take small bites and be interested in him.....
hopefully he'll do the same for you.....
But DO NOT go gaga over his maserati... that will kill him... in a good way!

Tell him about an adventure you want to go on. Tell him about your last vivid dream. When you get a straw for your drink, tear off the end then twist up the other end and blow it at him. It'll make him laugh. And tell him to tell you something that he wouldn't normally tell anyone on a first date.

just go out like your going out to meet a new person. if you find he's not all that interesting just treat him like an average person. you don't have to kiss him just hang out for a while. But if you do find him attractive just be yourself get to know him and show him you are interested let things happen from there. good luck.

Dress nice, be yourself, don't go beyond step 1, and get ready to run if he's not what you want. Good luck (after all he can't expect to come in for a nightcap can he!!!!)
