While I agree with the 10:10 statement as used to show the name of the company, there is also a hidden message. Notion of 10, like the phrase "a perfect 10" it gives the impression of perfection. This is a standard for a commercial to imply it's prodcut is the best, without actually having to say it.

It is not 10:00 it is 10:10 (correction)
