I used to wonder about this too...
And then I thought about civil war in Ireland, catholics vs protestants...
Eventually, I gave up wondering.

There is a violent debate amongst Christians regarding which Bible to use and which christianity... catholic...protestant...morman...arthosex..more than 70 they do not agree about who is GOD
There are now more than 60 versions of the Bible(Different versions not translations The different versions of the Bible are not merely different translations, but are actually versions i.e. they add and remove things from other versions)
These revisions serve as concrete proofs that all the Biblical books are not at all divinely inspired. This is because it is beyond man's ability to correct the work of his Creator, who alone is Almighty and perfect
The Bible is a collection of writings by many different authors. The Qur'an is a dictation. The speaker in the Qur'an - in the first person - is God talking directly to man. In the Bible you have many men writing about God and you have in some places the word of God speaking to men and still in other places you have some men simply writing about history.
The previous scriptures were meant for a limited period (and a specific people) that ended with the revelation of what abrogated them and exposed what had taken place in them of distortion and change. That is why they were not protected from corruption

i think that maybe it is because of our human incapacity to let others think in a different manner as the way we individually do. So, we associate with others who think similarly and think we are the ones who possess the true belief.
At the end every human being has within his/her heart the desire to fulfil the longing for what we can call G-d.
In short, it is so because we cant comprehend and then so we make our own explanations (forming groups that try to impose on each other, but thats flour of another sack...)
tale care you`ll...

I have often wondered the same thing,,i guess maybe it is like there are many ways to get to a destination, via freeway, or back streets, or straight lines, and maybe the different avenues to get to GOD AND heaven, is for the sake of just getting there,,,as long as we all meet at the same place and it is the same God, what difference does it make, God will set us straight, if we get there,,

Because they are all degenerate offshoots of true christianity. They are christianity twisted and warped to appeal to the masses. At is worst is pentecostal christianity which is just a franchise outlet for psuedochristianity.
