Yes. There are 3 ways to make this happen:

First, check out Paypal. Paypal.com allows you to link a checking account to Paypal, deposit money in your Paypal account and will provide you with a "virtual" credit card number for use online. The only draw back is that many online retailers are now asking for the 3 digit number on the back of your card to validate the card and last I knew Paypal did not offer that number on the virtual card number.

A second way is to get a debit card linked to your bank account. They work just like a credit card in regards to online purchases.

The third way is to get a secured credit card so you can make the purchases. If you pay it off each month anyway, not only will you be able to shop online, but you could also build up good credit along the way! Check out the links below

Certainly you can. Legitimate stores will allow you to send money orders or checks. You could get a Debit card from your bank. Plus, you could create a Paypal account and link it to a bank account. Many merchants will accept these payments in lieu of a standard credit card.
