people always say personality blah blah but when you first look at a person, you notice what? you cant see the complete personality from the outside.

When men say that they notice the personality of the women, what they actually mean is, whether they find her attractive. Men have varied tastes and they accordingly find a women attractive. For some it is the big breasts, for some it is the A**, while for some it may be the pubic hump.
However you cannot altogether ignore importance of other(non-physical) traits like the way she talks or moves or dresses. To take it further, I would like to point out that men consider 'other' traits only when they are contemplating long term relationship. For sex, men would fall for anything female :-)

Consciously most of us look for a nice body and pretty face. But wait, there is more!!! Every man unconsciously looks for symmetry. For some reason slight differences in symmetry will go a long way towards making a woman less attractive as a mate. So be careful how you put your makeup on.

i love big ole' breasts, and nice legs, but of course that just is eye candy, its hard for me to describe cause its different with different girls what your looking for relationship or not?
