I can not spell well.

Don't forget that you have that little spell check thingy. All you have to do is click it and it corrects your spelling.
No, I don't think they do know because, obviously, schools aren't teaching anything as arcane as grammar anymore. I think this culture is doomed.

First, you spelled grammatically wrong. Second, fuct is not a word in the English language. Last, but not least, I do know what you're getting at. I would have to say most of them do not know how to use spell check. If they are kids, then they are not old enough to write properly. Those are just guesses.
