I am not sure which parcel service you have used....however, kindly find sites of some major parcel carriers...they are FEDEX...DHL...TNT...UPS...Blue Dart...in the same order...enter your airway bill number at the applicable site below in the 'track' section...

If your carrier in not among these...simply go to their site (your parcel carrier) and search and press the 'track' button...

Simply phone the Airline and quote the AWB no. and ask for a status!
