What??? NO....by no means is that true. Where did you hear that? I have known many hot guys that are not boring at all. The way a person looks has nothing to do with whether or not they are fun to be around.

maybe yes because no one is perfect. u could be handsom but silly or stupid. and u could be ugly or normal looking but clever and have lots of things to give!
