They stick their tongues out because they cannot sweat! This is how they keep cool!

When we are hot, tired or excited, some of us sweat. It's the same with dogs but, since a dogs body is covered with hair, it sweats on its tongue(its sweat is not salty). It hangs its tongue out so that the sweat can evaporate.

panting..having no sweat pores on their skin.. thus they must expose a wet area 2 air 2 b condensed in order 2 lose heat frm their bodies through the latent heat of vapourisation..

Because they are sweating. They don' t sweat like we do with a wet forehead. They do it by panting.

they don't have sweat glands so they just use their mouth to excrete (or secrete, i'm not sure) the wastes and stuff..
