I think you should talk to the girlfriend first. Give her 3 days to tell him herself with the knowledge that if she doesn't, you will.
If the relationship is "open" - the two can talk about how to let friends know that is the state of things. If not, well - the two can either work through things or break up.
Benefits include that his anger/hurt will be directed towards that person it should be. If confronted about it by the best friend - you can truthfully tell him that YES you would have told him - but thought it best if he heard it from her first.

No, but I think you should tell her that you saw and ask for an explenation. Tell her if you catch her again you will tell him.
Telling him has at least two sides to it. One side may be that he doesn't believe you; he thinks you are jealous and that you are trying to ruin his relationship. On the other side you can reveal something that will ruin a good relationship on a wrong basis. What do you know about that kiss? It could be alot of reasons for it. It didn't have to be an affair or anything. What do we know???

Its quite tricky, don't poke your nose in there very much! if you want to tell your friend ...first you must confront the gal about the act you saw her doing then turn to your friend and tell it all... in that way you would be neutral. Remember Love matters are sensitive.

if i was you, i would go an talk to your girlfriend friend and give her a change for her to tell your friend. tell her that is she doesn't tell him within this period of time (you could give her two -three days) that you will go and tell your friend of what she did. this way if he doesn't believe you you can tell him you told her to tell you within the amount of time you gave her, and when he goes an asks her she will have to answer.

u should tell him but find a way of saying it,like how would u feel if yo galfrend's doing it with someone else,his reaction will tell u what next or better tell his galfrend to do it,but one way or the other he has to know

Yes, you need to tell your friend. This is what friendship is all about having to tell the good and the bad stuff. She is not good for him.

dont just tell anyone...tell yr best friend about his girlfriend if he gets to know by someone else he might feel hurt and maybe this girls ditching yr best friend....so....go right ahead and rescue him!!

I would say approach her giving her the chance to tell him.... Then if she doesn't i would say tell him. He is probably going to resent you be angry for a while but he will come around. Hard decision good luck
