Wel its a bit hard, but its all about attitude. U cant make that guy think he's not fat...coz he is...but u can make him acept that and b happy with it, not really giving a damn about what ppl say! Buuuttt! If he's 2 fat, it could endanger his health and he should do something to lose some of the weight! Hugs!

well my friend is not fat but she thought she was - this is how i got her knowin she wasnt - and it was a good laugh 2 - wwhen u r out and they say 'oo im well fat' say right u asked 4 this - go over 2 a stranger and go ' hey my friednd over there (point) is he/she fat ?'
the next time u go over 2 someone- they will shout no no no no then u say 'well-are u fat? - eventually they will say no !!!!!!!

why would you do that? If he is really fat - it is a good thing that he thinks about it and gets around to do something about it. Overweight is not good for body, you know.

Well if he really is fat, and he knows he is, there's probably no telling him otherwise. Maybe encouraging hime to lose weight would be a better solution.

compare him to fatter ppl n ask him have you been losing weight? well you looking good it will make him feel better even if he hasnt lost any weight
