My ex bf appeared one yr after i dumped him, tried to kiss me and all, but he already has a gf.
He made me so confused then. Now i figured things out and i wanna ask : Should i scold him out loud for being a jerk???

Well... he IS a jerk, so why not help the poor sap and give him a clue? He was rude and inconsiderate to you in his thoughtless attempt to "kiss (you) and all", regardless if he had another girl or not.
In your place, if i knew that other girl he's with in any 'good kinda way'... i'd let her know her guy tried to step out of bounds on her.
But THAT'S kinda touchy... you could come off in a totally wrong way to her. I'd just tell the clown to back down... it's been a year?! You two don't even 'know' each other any more... or, do you?
Not knowing your ages or the level of relationship you'd had with him, it's really difficult to advise... i think such questions/situations should include something of a hint of those factors.
Whether you tell him or not... he's still a jerk for his actions, if not led on in any way; still a jerk even if he had been... he's got a gf! It's mostly a matter of helping yourself feel better about the whole deal... done is done, what's gonna change it?

i think you should just let it and him go....causing a scene is not gonna help the situation and for real even if you call him out on it he's not gonna do anything but deny it so why put yourself through that

nope, no need to go down his level. just leave him alone with his new girl. if he sees u still, hurt, then he will know u still love him. let him go and move on to a better future. that level where he is at, not worth ur time and energy... trust me...
