Congratulations!
This isnt as complicated as what the other msgs have made out,
1)The hen usually lays 5 to 6 eggs, she will lay on alternate days, eg-mon, lay an egg, tues, - not. Wed, lay an egg, and so on.
2) It takes approx 18 days for the eggs to hatch, (the hen incubates the eggs)
3) Dont do nothing to the babies leave them, the parents will both care for them until they fledge the nest which will b approx 30-35 days.
4) Another week or two, the young are classed as being independant, and therefore are ready to go to good homes.
Just make sure your baby budgies are eating on their own.
5) Provide cuttlefish for calcium aswell as good shell structure.
6) Provide green/fruits food every day this should happen always not just when you have breeding birds, a good egg & biscuit for the babies aswell as their normal seed ,greens, and multigrain breads.
7) Babies readily accept egg & biscuit mix.
8) Make sure u feed your budgies on plenty of greens fruits multigrain breads corn etc, get the babies used to this diet, as they need this food every day of their lives.
9) Make sure your birds get wormed, ask at your local pet shop.
10) Even pick up a budgie care book from your pet shop or go to the library and borrow a book on budgies.

Best of luck

Others' responses provide sufficient information to your answer, however you may want to consider holding off on allowing your budgies to breed and rear chicks until you are more thoroughly informed and prepared for such an endeavor. If you were to allow the birds to continue incubating the eggs they currently have, there is a chance you might not be able to provide the care needed for the resulting chicks to mature into healthy birds.

I would advise you to shoo the female off the nest and remove the eggs. Place the eggs in a freezer for 30 minutes to an hour, then remove them, allow them to warm to room temperature, and then replace them in the nest. (You could also just switch the eggs out with look-alike fakes and dispose of the real ones.) The female will continue to brood them, though no chicks will develop from these eggs.
In the meantime, read up on how to rear budgie chicks, create a care-plan for yourself to follow in raising them, and assemble all necessary supplies for doing so. When you're ready to go, remove the dead eggs/dummies and your birds should soon lay new eggs to replace the ones they seem to have lost. Good luck.

Your hen Budgerigar could lay upto 7 or 8 eggs in a clutch 2 day's apart. hatching should ocour between 18 to 20 day's if fertile.

Here is a good site that explains when to clean the nest box, and what new food you have to give the female, how long the eggs take to hatch (18 days), etc.

I think caring for them is about to become a lot more complicated! And you will need to transfer them all to a bigger cage. Here's another site:

You should probably phone your local vet and ask him or her for advice.

She won't reject the egg because you handled it. But if you want her to hatch her eggs, she needs a nest box. You can buy one, along with nest material, from a pet store. Now since this is their first time, and they got off to a confusing start, I can't guarantee what will happen. But if you give them the nest box with the nest material and the egg in it, they should take it from there. They will share sitting and baby-feeding activities. They will be rather protective of their eggs and chicks, so watch out! But if you take one out of the cage (the one that's off duty, of course) they will probably act normal.
