First of all My dear Don't worry.
Eat well specially the high protein, carbohydrate and oil. However be careful not to take too much of high cholesterol/sugar/fat food If you are in at a risk of high pressure, sugar etc.
Don't be depressed. The depression will also make your weight lost. Be happy always thinking how fat/overweight people suffer to come into your weight.
Did anyone insult you of your weight & size? Just ignore them. They have a problem. Not you.
Do some exercises regularly. It will also help you to have an appetite for eating.
Have a multi vitamin everyday.
Drink some high protein milk.
At last I want to tell you...Not to worry. When the time come you will put on weight.
Best of Luck.

You really need to give some more info. Do you sit home all day and do nothing? Do you drink a lot( alcohol)? Are you on drugs? How tall are you? Do you have a partner/family? Do you throw up whatever you eat? I'll give you some tips for your depression anyway.
1. make sure you go outside in the daylight at least 2 hours each day, lack of daylight causes depression.
2. Avoid alcohol and/or drugs, these will worsen your depression and your physical shape.
3. start exercising regularly, it will release endorphines which are also called the "happy"hormones, they act like a natural drug. Exercise will also help you build up muscle which will help you gain weight and will also give you a healthy appetite.
4. make sure you eat properly, get plenty of vitamins inside you and your body will respond.
5. have a piece of chocolate! It also releases your endorphines.
Good luck!

If you just want to put weight on quickly and it is difficult because you don't have much appetite, smoke marijuana. It will make everything taste great and you will be hungry.
But, you could also try weight lifting, which will improve your appetite and help you tone your body. It is best to do this in the morning and not at night, when it can disturb sleep.
We do not have any inkling of the reason for your depression, but that sounds like something you should see a doctor for.
Good luck.

I have the reverse of your problem! :p With my petite built, I'm a little over the normal weight, but not overweight yet. :p
Anyway, what does your diet consist of? You have to make sure that you eat the proper foods based on the food distribution diagram. Exercise will also help you increase your muscular mass and keep you fit. Try to cheer up. Engage in a new hobby. Being depressed causes weight loss.

My mom was like that. I'm going to be like that too. I'll be 18 in a month, am 5'8" and I weigh 108 lbs. I used to be self concious about my weight but I'm not anymore....I'm glad that I don't have to worry about eating too much or anything. If you are that concerned about your weight, you should see a doctor & he or she can put you on a diet to help you gain weight. Or, you can try excercising & building up your muscle. Good luck!

Depends on your height as well. I have a friend, age 32 who weights 42kg and she's 162cm. She looks really skinny but healthy. So it's perfectly fine as long as you're healthy. No worries.

Or may be you come home from your job and watch TV and have no dinner?
