I believe you have deep passion for dancing. Take out a ad in your grocery store or any place and offer cheap dance lessons to younger kids in your neighbourhood. You could conduct your dance lesson right at home...if there's space. That way, you'll get to impart whatever you've learnt in dance classes and continue your lessons.

If you like so much to take those dance lessons you should use your skills and imagination (suggestion:make a public show or other idea i coming from your brain). in this way practice makes perfect and win some cash.
Or do family jobs(cooking, washing, shopping etc...) and get paid by your parents for your work.
You think its lame about family job?
No, your parents will understand what you are doing with your earned money.
By the way do these thing in your free time.

There are only three ways to own something you dont have, if you cant afford to buy- i mean earn and buy. That is
Beg
Borrow or
Steal
I dont suggest the last option. It is bad.
Now you can beg (in the sense ask for help) from :
- your parents,
- Your friends
- Your church
- Any person who is ready to offer help for a genuine cause
Borrow - from people, friends, banks, et all.
Just understand - where there is a will, there is a way. You need to figure out whats best for you.
All the best
Cheers

Legally no. But you can always find decent work (for a 14 y old) which "pays". It has to be for a few hours a day only. But in any case, your top priority must be studies.
You should take money from your parents (no shame involved) and they should give with love and not as a duty to do so.

If you're good looking and if you can dance, try and get a job at a srippers bar or a cabaret. They will pay you better than your bank manager and tip you like hell. If you're not good looking but still a good dancer, try doing it in Afganistan or Lebonon, you could always keep your face covered.
Or you could start your own "Live web cam show" since you have internet at home. But make sure that they pay for what you do...always. (fix one in your washroom and you can charge double there

If your family has its own business, ask your father and work for him a while. If he does not, then your work is illegal, dear. You're too young. Officially you can't find job. You can do job for any neighboor or for example, look after their dog or smth. Or (it's an idea) organise a performance for your block and collect money. Huh? Could you?

Your're a young kid and i suggest you contact your parents for some money. I think your parents wouldn't turn down your request since its meant for a worthy course.
Better still, you can start small savings yourself and then ask your parents or anyone who really cares to supplement it.
You can increase your savings by asking your parents to reduce their expenditure on your clothes, entertainment and other things that you can forego for a while and then channel the balance to your course. I wish you well.

It sounds like your trying to be responsible. Maybe if your parents can't afford it , you should cut down on the dancing lessons.
