Steal everything you can steal... take red color dye and put it in the tub... use an electrionic that'll blow the fuse... "accidentally" drop the TV.... put red dye on the beds... steal the sheets even...

Flood the whole room by turning on the tap & bathtub....make sure you plug the sink & bathtub first...then also make sure u turn the knob to "hot"...block every drainage on the floor in the bathroom with towels.

To add some dramatic element, put red colouring & some stinky perfume........write something eerie with the red colouring on the bathroom mirror....
