Ah - possibly the real world would have happened. Luckily - the shoe was in fact magic and could only fit the right person - therefore shoe size was irrelevant.

She would have tripped over and broken the glass shoe, which in turn would cut her and infect her tetanus and since there would be no cure for it she would die and Cinderella would still marry Prince Charming.
