Eurolines Head Offices is located at 22 rue de Malmaison and the "Gare routière internationale of Paris Gallieni" (road station) at 28 avenue du Général de Gaulle. The distance between both is 650m. If you come by bus, you will probably arrive at the "Gare Routière".

It's approx. 5 kilometers to go from "Eurolines Bagnolet" to "Gare de l'Est". www.mappy.com

At the Gare routière, you can take the subway at station "Galieni" which is on line 3. It will take you approx 30 minutes to go to Gare de l'Est. First take the line 3, direction "Pont de Levallois-Becon" then change at station "Republique" and take line 5 direction "Bobigny" until you arrive at "Gare de l'Est".

To have the map with public transportation, you can go on
http://www.ratp.fr/ and click on international passengers.
you will be asked the departure adress and the arrival adress.

Have a nice trip!

Sophie gave an excellent answer. A minor remark - at RATP site
(English is here: http://www.ratp.info/informer/anglais/index.php)
it's enough to give the stations names
Departure: Gallieni (Parc de Bagnolet) - Metro
Arrival: Gare de l'Est - Metro-SNCF

RATP gives about 20-24 minutes for the travel, but I agree with Sophie - plan half an hour.
