Well, for many women when the sex drive decreases it is due to stress that inhibits libido. My recommendation is eat healthier, try fruits that are correlated with sex such as strawberries, peaches, and raspberries. Also try some exercising, using once you get the endorphines going you tend to feel energized and excited and this will help bring back your libido. Also try eating some estrogen pills to replace any hormones that you may be losing due to aging or whatever. Also, everynight before you go to bed think of something you find sexy, or turns you on and see if you can create a continous flow of sexual thoughts and see if that will help bring it back.

try not to think a lot out.
