Put it in a bowl of water and cover the bowl with a lid. Put the bowl just below the chiller compartment of the fridge.the lettuce will remain crisp and fresh.

Wash a few leaves, dry in a salad spinner or in a clean sock by swinging it round and round, when dry put it on a kitchen napkin and in a closed container. It is ready to add to any salad that you make for the next 5 days..

soak you lettuce under cold water and place it in a fridge

stir it
put the letuce in it
close well
and put it in the fridge

cut it with a plastic knife and get most of the water off of it put it in a plastic bag and try to get most of the air out
