why do you need to detox

If you are doing intense detox, it needs to be done with ONE type of fruit and water for two or three days, then begin a water only fast, with total rest. This can be done as long as tolerated, but the water only allows the body to get rid of undigested, impacted food, waste in cells, and so forth. When coming off of the fast, go back to the original fruit used to start the fast, and ease your way back into eating, and regular activities.

Yes it is a good detox for around a week. Also include nuts as a source of protein and natural yogurts as a source of calcium. Eat vegetables too and drink around 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day. You will feel energized by the end of the week!

I don't think that de-toxing is a very good idea. All you're going to do is get diahorreah and slow down your metabolism. When you start eating again, you might put some weight on depending how long you were 'de-toxing' for.

Drinking water and eating fruit are good in conjunction with a balanced diet.

Don't starve yourself, it'll make you feel ill.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a missing rope, skip for two a few minutes, do push ups for about a minute, skip for two minutes, rest for just one minute. Then change the push nearly something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a fast, effective workout that will advance results than a long manage or swim.

Yes, but you will need to eat some protein as well, grilled fish or chicken. If you drink plenty of water daily and get enough sleep detoxing is superfluous.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. The idea boosts your metabolism and increases natural ephadrine, the hormone in which burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition with Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon in your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 percent!

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than people that don’t. Plan your dishes to include healthy carbs such as sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to nibble on out or order in.
