Ed Steinfeld is the president of Uppercut Promtions, prior to Uppercut he was with Red Glove Promotions. Quite the creative matchmaker. Although several of big name fighters trained at Big Bear CA, no one had ever fought there until Ed started promoting fights there in 2003.
