Yes I am allergic to gluten, I have a good gluten free bakery not to far away, that really helps. But I have just modified all my normal recipies and used gluten free flour mix instead. It's a trial and error process sometimes it works sometimes it get's to dry.

If you mae things like cakes make them in smaller batches or they get very dense.

For cakes I can reccomend using almond meal and gluten free flour.

I found the source pages below very helpful for inspiration

My mom's friend has this problem and I found quinoa pasta which she says is the best of the nonwheat pastas that she has tried. Also, you can eat rice, quinoa, and potatoes. I recommend shopping at Whole Foods they have a gluten section. You don't need recipes, you just need to not add wheat to anything. You also have to check all processed food lables to make sure that there is no wheat.

Hi, yes I am gluten intolerant

You are not that limited, just don't use flour or products with any grain

Mac and cheese
1 lbs. Brown rice noodles (Trader Joe's sells them in 1 pound bags spagetti)
1/4 lbs. favorite diced cheese (muenster if lactose intolerant too)
ketchup to taste

Large pot full of boiling water ( Brown rice noodles need a lot of water to cook ) add the noodles and wait until they are ready (packages usually have directions on them)
Remove water and add cheese with low heat. add ketchup to taste.

Brown rice bread (sold in Trader Joe's, Whole foods and many health food stores)
Toast lightly and prepare any sandwich you like.

Taco night.

Eggs and rice cakes

Garlic bread rice cakes
Butter the cakes lightly and sprinkle garlic powder
nuke lightly (I can fit half a package on the microwave plate and I think it is ready in three min, but your nuker may turn them into ash in that amount of time)

Rice flour pancakes (Rice flour at Trader Joe's)

Rice Noodle soup, Chicken soup with rice noodle added

Make friends with those rice meal boxes

Chinese restaurants have many recipes without grains

Sushi

Chicken and rice, anything with rice

Baked potatoes baked yams or fried

Baked-Fried parsnips (low cal version of french fries)
Pour a few drops of oil onto a pan of french cut parsnips
mix it around until they are all moist and baked until soft
I like them with garlic salt, but you can eat them with anything

BTW if you get hungry after going off of bread try:
a teaspoon of honey
Dried dates (near the raisins in most stores)
Hoodia extract pills (some health food stores)
Tortilla corn chips
