Its really a difficult problem to overcome. Take help from a counsellor if you feel that this problem has reached an acute stage. Try to get yourself involved in other things. If you are religious then try to involve in spiritual activities like prayer, scriptures, thinking of death and blessings bestowed upon you by God. Avoid any such thing that might trigger off sexual desires such as television, music videos, movies. Lower your gaze when you come across women folk on the roads (that is, don't relish on their beauty). Start doing some exercise, joining a gym might help and try out meditation. Install a web filter into your computer such as NAOMI which is a freeware and can be downloaded. Ask
somebody else to set the password so that you are not tempted to watch porn. Try these out and I'm sure you will get out of this habit. Best of Luck!

Try thinking about this in a different way.
If you are a religious man, start reading the Bible (KJV), go to a Baptist church (Independent-Fundamental for me), and pray every day.
Then when you are online and you have a 'sex site' craving, think of this question for yourself. "What would you do if you had your wife, or daughter, posing online for millions and millions to see?" At least it'll dampen the thoughts of giving into the craving.
Besides, looking at questionable content all day long is sinning. You're wasting your body away with the filth in your mind. Jesus wants you to know that you can do better to erase it and show that your mind is clean, pure, and good.
You can do it. You may have those cravings for days, weeks but the most terrible will go away if you resist the Devil. After all, sin is only for a short season.
Here are a couple of verses for you to remember and memorize and use when you have the temptation to sin on 'sex sites'.
1Pe 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
1Pe 5:9 Whom resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
Jam 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Jam 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
Jam 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
Jam 1:12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
Jam 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
Jam 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Rom 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Now that you've got those verses, keep on reading the KJV and you'll still be a religious man. I warn you though, after you have confessed to Jesus Christ, as your Savior, and tell him what you did wrong, you will never be the same after that because...
If you sin, it'll bring you sorrow. If you do not sin, it brings you happiness and peace.

Hmm, maybe you should divert your attention somewhere like starting a new hobby or going out with friends. I think it's fine to surf the sex sites because it's natural that we have urges but do try to have some self control as it can really blow your mind.

It sounds like you're addicted. You need to get a therapist to get off the addiction (no pun intended).
