I would start with Power Factor correction capacitors.
I assume you already have studied the run time and usage of these motors.
Usually power factor correction is low hanging fruit.
Reduction of VAR flow is a direct reduction in billing.

There is no way possible to save POWER in an induction motor.
If you mean you want to same money on your Electricity bill and you are paying for kVArH, then you need to look at your power factor. By installing power factor correction capacitors that keep the PF close to unity, you can reduce the kVArH portion of the billl. However the kWh portion will remain the same.
