you might be grinding/ clenching your teeth.

This puts alot of pressure on them at night. The pressure can temporarily make your tooth a little bit wobbly. This pain you are getting is the same sort of pain you would get from braces constantly pushing on your teeth.

You might consider getting a night guard from your dentist to stop you from grinding your teeth into bits.

Its usually caused by a combination of stress, tooth pain, and "teeth that are not perfectly inline"

I'd say grinding or clenching your teeth. My first stop would be an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist (Otolaryngologist) to assess any damage to your jaw joint or facial nerves. He/she could then tell you to see your dentist for any tooth damage you may have incurred.

If caught early you can prevent a very painful condition called TMJ syndrome among others.

You're probably grinding your teeth at night. You should talk to your dentist, they have things you can put over your teeth at night that can prevent any damage from happening. My cousin had to use this for some time.

Does it happens all the time? It might be a gum infection because it hurts. See a dentist soon because the nerves in our gums can give us big problem if we ignored the pain we experienced.

You bite, clench, or grind your teeth at night... stop it... haha, but seriously maybe you need a "mouthguard" for when you sleep.
