"To seduce" is a way of saying "to attract" or "to lure." But, It is not another way of saying sex.
You can seduce someone into having sex. Meaning, you can lure them into having sex... (For example... by wearing something, saying something, doing something sexy).
You can "seduce" someone into doing anything. It is not a word that is used only with "sex". You can seduce someone into buying you something, or doing something for you.. etc.
