I agree. It's getting a little ridiculous. People come here, asking questions about serious things, with no mention of religion and all of a sudden some whacko bible thumper is spewing prayer all over the place. Let me ask you a question...What has the Bible and religion ever truly done for you besides give some false hope and empty promises? I think it's crap. We aren't asking for a sermon here, we just want our questions answered honestly and kindly. If someone asks your opinion on religion...let it fly! Other than that, keep your trap shut, stop forcing your beliefs on others and stop calling everyone else down for not believing the same thing you do. If we want to hear about God, we'll go to church. That's why it's there!

Yes, people should'nt be forced to pick up a religion or adopt someone else's religion. Moreover, talking about Jesus or God is not answering the question at all.

Yes because it's not the answer I want to hear.
Obviously these people have great belief in their faith and think others should have. Each to their own but they shouldn't push it on you.
They are in fact cold calling as we all know the church is one of the richest businesses going and owns the most land in the UK.
God am I gonna get slated for this answer, but sorry guys/gals this is MY belief.

Yes that does sound offensive. I am Christian, but that doesn't mean anything, and it's horrible when people opress their religion on others. If they really wanted to help they would, sincerely with full advice and really care what they have to say.

Sure do. How many of us have been in a situation where we have felt so low that we have actually prayed to God to help us in our hour of need. I have and I can tell you now that he didn't help me. Turning to religion at our lowest ebb is no help at all and I wish people would keep their noses out and stop suggesting it!

I do not find it offensive cause I just ignore religious answers. They will never draw me into their little world of What is Reality!!! cause they haven't aclue. Alot of religious people are hipocrits that are very judgmental towards people. Not all, but alot of them. DO not let them bother you.
