God knows the future, and he knows what he is going to do. But like a parent who warn a child not to do something otherwise there will be trouble, He also warn man. Mankind is sinners and can't do the will of God even if we try. Lucy for us, God has in his eternal counsel decided to give us mercy by putting our sin on himself in Jesus.
We must at the same time not try to put God in our linnerary time, he is beyond time and understanding. If the Bible says He has changed his mind, we must not think of it as at a certain point in time but as one act of grace that hold for all who believe in him from Adam for as long as the world exist.

Great question. It is important to understand that God's purpose in creating human beings was that they go through a maturing process called faith, hope, and love. Therefore God is emotionally involved in human's progress. Human beings who sincerely try to love God actually move God's heart and change the future. At the same time there are rules and laws of the universe. However the rules and laws can be superseded by the power of love, true love centered on God, sacrificial serving love for others. This is the heart of the universe. One begins with awe and progresses into awesome revelation of the principles of God's work. These are not the property of any one human being, organization or religion for God set up the principles of existence and their purpose in the beginning. We glimpse it as we try it out.
By the way the more we know about the physical universe, the more awesome it becomes and the less we know in proportion to what we want to know.
Finally understanding God's parental loving heart and my responsibility to embody it is the greatest. God will change the future for the better if we pray and serve sincerely.
Service for Peace! Shalom

GOD NEVER CHANGE HIS MIND & HE KNOW THE FUTURE !!!
the god say about him self :
6:59 With Him are the keys of the unseen, the treasures that none knoweth but He. He knoweth whatever there is on the earth and in the sea. Not a leaf doth fall but with His knowledge: there is not a grain in the darkness (or depths) of the earth, nor anything fresh or dry (green or withered), but is (inscribed) in a record clear (to those who can read).
13:9 He knoweth the unseen and that which is open: He is the Great, the Most High.
23:92 He knows what is hidden and what is open: too high is He for the partners they attribute to Him!
32:6 Such is He, the Knower of all things, hidden and open, the Exalted (in power), the Merciful;-
34:3 The Unbelievers say, "Never to us will come the Hour": Say, "Nay! but most surely, by my Lord, it will come upon you;- by Him Who knows the unseen,- from Whom is not hidden the least little atom in the heavens or on earth: Nor is there anything less than that, or greater, but is in the Record Perspicuous:
72:26 "He (alone) knows the Unseen, nor does He make any one acquainted with His Mysteries,-
what you post is not the word of god !! they lie about the god & change his word , add what they like & remove what they dont . thats why many christians & jews became atheists . again look what the god say about them :
3:78 There is among them a section who distort the Book with their tongues: (As they read) you would think it is a part of the Book, but it is no part of the Book; and they say, "That is from Allah," but it is not from Allah. It is they who tell a lie against Allah, and (well) they know it!
2:79 Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands, and then say:"This is from Allah," to traffic with it for miserable price!- Woe to them for what their hands do write, and for the gain they make thereby.
5:13 But because of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them, and made their hearts grow hard; they change the words from their (right) places and forget a good part of the message that was sent them, nor wilt thou cease to find them- barring a few - ever bent on (new) deceits: but forgive them, and overlook (their misdeeds): for Allah loveth those who are kind.
( btw : allah = god in arabic language ,,the same god u worship)

Who said God knows the future? The Bible gives examples of some things that God predicted but never says he knows all things in the future. Some people say this but if it were true, we would not have free will and we do have free will as do the angels.
