I don't feel bad for illegal immigrants. I feel disgusted with their inability to act in their own countries to make the changes needed for their own and their families wellbeing. I feel even more disgusted when they come to the USA and start parading and demanding things that they are not entitled to here! If they would put that energy to parading and demanding things in their own countries, soon they would NOT have a need to leave their countries for a decent life!

I feel offended by their sense of entitlement in a country that is not theirs, yet they are still loyal and patriotic towards the countries they left to get a better life in the USA! I can't understand how they don't see the hypocrisy in their actions!

I don't think we should allow illegal immigrant into the country simply because it's ILLEGAL. But that doesn't mean you don't feel sorry for them because of their poverty and less fortunate living condition than here in the U.S. I think you are stupid for asking that, of course you would feel sorry for the less fortunate, unless they had a chance to make things better for themselves, like had the opportunity to go to school.

Maybe they or their families have not felt the reprecussions of all the illegals. I would love to ask this question to the people that die in ambulances here in the Los Angeles area because the emergency rooms have been closed due to free services to illegals.

Because America was built on Immigrants, and all of the sudden they refuse to accept that they still need them. I agree with Hunan, they are just trying to make a better life for themselves, just like you would. It is called human determination!

People can see themselves in their shoes...wanting a better life and willing to cross a border to get more job opportunities, a chance to build a better life and to take care of themselves and their families. One is fortunate if they are born in the U.S...a land of great opportunity.

Many feel crossing the border is equivalent to breaking a speeding law. I can understand the sentiment...but do not hold it as my own.

I see crossing the border illegally as something we must prosecute rigorously...first the employers hiring these people to dry up demand, second make it difficult for illegals...for they are robbing legal citizens of opportunities, especially the LEGAL immigrants and minorities in the U.S.

I put myself in the place of a Legal immigrant who played by the rules...and had to wait many years to become a proud citizen...I would resent these illegal immigrants who expect to be taken care of with Medical Benefits, schooling for the kids etc...

2 years ago I met a taxi driver who came up from San Diego to LA. A Illegal immigrant had crossed the border...had hired his cab to come up to LA to have her baby in a LA hospital. He told me that she paid him and was to be reimbursed in full by our government...that she had a "right" to the cab fare to the hospital.
If true...this is ridiculous...and I want to have an amendment to our constitution stating that only children born of U.S. Parents shall be considered U.S. Citizens...otherwise they must go home to the country of the parents origin...and for the parent or child to apply to be a US Citizen...I would put them at the back of the line perhaps tacking on more requirements before allowing the child or parent to become a citizen.

First of all...I dont feel bad for them because nothing bad will come to them. Georgy said himself..."they take jobs that we wouldn't dare take"...ok so would a person with a Master's Degree scrub floors? Take care of spoiled children? I don't think so. Give them a chance...what they should be focusing on is kicking Americans who refuse to work out of this country.

I don't really feel "bad" for them, but I don't see what the big deal is all about. I think they need to track them down, give them all some sort of Alien ID work cards, and make them all pay taxes on their wages. Our economy and government would be boosted even more by this influx of money and labor.

I don't feel bad for them! They are stingy people who don't want to pay and do things right in order to come to U.S.! Yet they want benefits and steal social security numbers from innocent people! Illegal immigrants suck!

They wouldn't be coming over here to find work if their families weren't starving in their own country. Whats really sad is when employers take advantage of the situation and pay them poorly.

Because they had to suffer because they wanted a better life...if anyone else were in their position in sure they would have done the same!
