I have been seeing my girlfriend for about 7 months now. It is starting to get to me that we have opposite likes and interests. She's very outgoing, I'm not; she likes talking on the phone, I hate it; she likes being around people, I like solitude... stuff like that. What should I do to keep from getting frustrated about our differences?

opposites may attract but usually don't work out in the long term relationships.you have to have some common interests you both enjoy. maybe you should find someone who doesn't get on your nerves so much

Yes of course we all know that they attract, the question is can they stick together. They can but that's the hard part and sometimes takes a lot of work. The key is respect and understanding.

Perfect opposites do have a tendency to atract each other.
So if you love her you will accept her for who she is and not "cage"her and try to make her do things she doesn't want.
